Developed in partnership with G&G Business Developments, their first project is a 66 story skyscraper located in Downtown Miami, right by the waterfront. The Aston Martin name has been associated with luxury and prestige, and this building is no different.
The building has 391 condominium residences ranging from 1-5 bedroom residences, duplexes, penthouses, and one “jewel in the crown” triple penthouse unit. Each room features aspects of contemporary design and architecture with white walls, marble flooring, European cabinetry, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of Biscayne Bay, the Miami River, and the surrounding city skyline.
Those who choose to live in the Aston Martin Residence also have access to 42,275 square feet of their Sky Amenities. There are a wide variety of services and facilities available. For example on level 52, there is a curated art gallery, business center, conference room, kids playroom, teen center, game room, and vending area. The building also has a fitness center, spa lounge, spinning, boxing, and meditation rooms, sauna, beauty salon, barbershop, virtual golf, two movie theatres, and an infinity pool deck. Residents of the building also have exclusive access to a yacht marina as well as a private butler service.
The Aston Martin Residences is over 70% sold and construction for the building is slated to be completed by the end of 2022.
