Klipsch’s Dolby Atmos Sound Bar

Klipsch has released their latest sound bars, the Cinema 1200 and Cinema 800 Dolby Atmos Sound Bars. These are the newest additions to Klipsch’s higher end home theatre audio products and are the first of their sound bars to feature Dolby Atmos.

The flagship Cinema 1200 features 1,200W of power, a 5.1.4 system, and full 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos decoding to fill the whole room with clear and detailed sound. The sound bar itself is 54-inches long and contains a 12-inch wireless subwoofer along with a pair for wireless satellite speakers for an immersive surround sound experience. On the other hand, the cheaper Cinema 800 has 800W of power, a 3.1 system, and the same 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos decoding. The Cinema 800 comes in at 48-inches and has a 10-inch wireless subwoofer.

The Cinema 1200 and 800 sound bars are crafted from high quality materials including real wood, fabric, metal, and overall looks quite sleek and low-profile. Both sound bars also can connect wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi and have support for Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Spotify Connect. Lastly, the Cinema 1200 and 800 sound bars both support 8K HDR/Dolby Vision video passthrough via HDMI, and feature a variety of ports such as HDMI eARC, optical, and 3.5mm.

Both Cinema 1200 and 800 sound bars are available now for $1,699 and $879 respectively from various Klipsch retailers.
