The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are Bose’s premium truly wireless earbuds that offer great sound quality combined with world-class noise cancelling technology.
Beginning with the design, the form factor of the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds is quite minimal and seamless, and although they are a little on the larger side for wireless earbuds, there is a lot of processing power and technology packed inside. Bose’s soft silicone StayHear Max eartips allow for a comfortable and secure fit that creates a passive seal and improves the noise cancellation experience. Durability wise, the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are rated IPX4 for sweat and water resistance. The charging case is definitely on the larger side, but is quite strong from a functionality standpoint with its 5 level battery indicator lights.
Bose’s active noise cancellation and sound quality is arguably the best in it’s class. In Quiet Mode, the earbuds utilizes its 4 microphones to monitor outside noises and produce the opposite signal to effectively cancel the noise, which Bose calls their Acoustic Noise Cancelling technology. While in Aware Mode, the earbuds utilize their ActiveSense technology which allows you to not only hear your music, but also beware of your surroundings. Sound quality is also excellent as Bose provides a balanced sound signature. Their Active EQ technology boosts highs and lows when needed to produce a consistent sound and wider soundstage, regardless of the volume you’re listening at. The Bose Music app allows you to further customize the sound of the earbuds to your liking.
In terms of battery life, the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds offer up to 6 hours of listening on a single charge, and an additional 12 hours with the charging case. With quick-charge, 15 minutes of charging time provides up to 2 hours of listening time. The earbuds charge via USB-C and are Qi-certified for wireless charging.
The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are currently priced at $199 and comes in Triple Black, Soapstone, Stone Blue, and Sandstone.
